Customize the files
All files have a minimalistic design so that you can customize with your own logo if you wish to do so. Or you can use them as is. The packet is also great as a ready-to-go handout for adopters.
The contract form is perfect for small rescues or individuals who don’t want a lot of complicated wording for adopters to read through.
All the files (except the Adoption Certificate) are delivered as a DOCX files. The Word file allows you to customize the paperwork with your own text or logo if you wish to do so.
Or Print As Is
If you do not wish to make changes to the files, you can print copies as is. The contract and handouts are ready to go and do not require any edits to be used for animal/pet adoptions. Only the Thank You Letter requires edits.
